1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
   By purchasing, accessing, or using any products, services, or content provided by FORTUNE SUPPLY (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). These terms apply to Fortune Supply, its owners, employees, affiliates, team members, and partners (“Company Representatives”). This agreement becomes valid immediately upon your purchase or use of any Company product, service, or content and remains in effect indefinitely unless replaced by an updated version. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, access, or use anything from us.

2. CONTENT FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY
   All content, posts, messages, or materials shared by Fortune Supply on social media, websites, or digital channels are strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing we share is financial, legal, or professional advice. Fortune Supply and its Representatives are not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes based on your interpretation or use of our content.

3. NO LIABILITY FOR INFORMATIONAL PRODUCTS
   Any informational products such as e-books, courses, guides, digital files, or educational tools are provided strictly “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, results, earnings, outcomes, or completeness. You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the information provided.

4. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLIERS OR THIRD PARTIES
   We may refer customers to suppliers, vendors, or third-party services. These references do NOT constitute endorsements, guarantees, or verification. Fortune Supply and its Representatives are not responsible for third-party reliability, business practices, communication, product quality, shipping, or outcomes of any kind.

5. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING, PRODUCT QUALITY, OR CUSTOMER ISSUES
   Fortune Supply and its Representatives do not handle or take responsibility for:
   • Shipping delays
   • Lost or stolen packages
   • Product quality issues
   • Manufacturing defects
   • Supplier mistakes
   • Customer disputes with third-party vendors
   All such matters must be handled directly with the applicable supplier or vendor.

6. NO REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
   All sales are strictly final. No refunds, returns, credits, partial refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided for any reason.
   By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
   • You will NOT file chargebacks or payment disputes.
   • You fully understand the nature of digital, educational, or supplier-based products.
   Any attempt to dispute a purchase will be met with full evidence submission and enforcement of these terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortune Supply and its Representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, actions, or use of our products, services, or recommendations.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortune Supply and its Representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses—including legal fees—resulting from your use of our content, your business actions, or your violation of these terms.

9. NO WARRANTIES
   All content, products, and services are provided WITHOUT any warranties, guarantees, or promises, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee earnings, results, performance, supplier reliability, or business success.

10. GOVERNING LAW
    This agreement is governed by and construed according to the laws of Utah. Any disputes must be resolved within the jurisdiction of Utah.

11. PERPETUAL ENFORCEMENT & UPDATES
    This agreement is permanent and remains in effect indefinitely. Fortune Supply reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.

12. FINAL AGREEMENT
    By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, service, or content from Fortune Supply, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of this Terms of Service & Legal Disclaimer. This agreement is effective immediately and has no expiration.
