FORTUNE SUPPLY — SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Immediately | No Expiration Date
By placing an order with Fortune Supply (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “User,” or “You”) agree to ALL terms in this Shipping Policy without exception. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed as fast as possible; however, no specific processing time is guaranteed. Typical processing time ranges from 1–7 business days, but may be longer depending on supplier inventory, order volume, or verification requirements.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
No refunds, cancellations, or modifications will be issued due to processing time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Fortune Supply ships products ourselves. All items are shipped directly by our on hand stock. Because of this, all shipping timelines are estimates, not promises.
By ordering, you acknowledge that Fortune Supply is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays or slow transit
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• Incorrect delivery scans by USPS/UPS/FedEx
• Delays caused by customs, weather, or high-volume seasons
• Supplier errors, delays, or performance
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier or supplier, we have zero control over it.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking numbers are provided when available, depending on the supplier.
Some suppliers offer limited or delayed tracking updates.
The customer is fully responsible for:
• Monitoring the tracking status
• Contacting the carrier for any delivery issues
• Ensuring the delivery address is safe, accurate, and accessible
Fortune Supply does not contact carriers on the customer’s behalf.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Fortune Supply considers the order 100% complete.
We are not responsible for:
• Stolen packages
• Misdelivered packages
• Packages taken from mailrooms, porches, apartments, or offices
• Carriers delivering to the wrong location
Any missing “Delivered” package must be handled directly with USPS/UPS/FedEx by the customer.
We do not issue replacements, refunds, or credits for packages marked “Delivered.”
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
• Wrong addresses
• Missing apartment/unit numbers
• Typos
• Addresses that cannot receive packages
If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay all reshipping fees.
If the package is not returned, the order is considered forfeited by the customer.
LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES
If a package is “stuck,” “delayed,” or “lost” in transit, this is a carrier issue — not a Fortune Supply issue.
We do not issue refunds for carrier delays.
For lost packages, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
NO REFUNDS / NO EXCEPTIONS
Shipping issues of ANY kind do not qualify for refunds, credits, or cancellations.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Delay
• Loss
• Theft
• Damage
• Wrong address
• Incomplete tracking
• Lack of carrier updates
• Delivered but not received
By ordering, you permanently accept these terms.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By placing an order with Fortune Supply, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy in full. These terms take effect immediately and apply to every past, present, and future order.
