Refund policy

Thank you for choosing JaceResells. We value your business and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. All sales made through JaceResells are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We ship all orders using USPS with tracking. If a package is lost, damaged, or marked undeliverable by USPS, orders under $350 may be resent one time at our discretion. Orders over $350 cannot be resent or refunded due to insurance and loss-prevention limits. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and secure before submitting your order.

Buyers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JaceResells is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing apartment/unit numbers, address changes after the order is placed, or typographical errors made by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.

Once USPS marks a package as “Delivered,” the order is considered fully completed. We are not responsible for stolen packages, mailroom theft, porch theft, or delivery to unsecured areas. Customers must ensure they have a safe and reliable place to receive deliveries. Customers are also responsible for tracking their package and staying updated on USPS delivery notifications.

Any order issues—such as missing items, incorrect items, or damage—must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence. Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the products they purchase from JaceResells.

By purchasing from JaceResells, you agree not to file unauthorized chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated, you must return all products received in their original, unused, undamaged condition, including all protective packaging. Failure to return all items will be considered fraudulent behavior, and we will dispute the chargeback using delivery confirmation and communication logs.

Please review your order carefully before checking out, as we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are submitted.
