PROOF & RECORD KEEPING
All official communication must be in writing.
We maintain internal records of:

• Instagram and Telegram messages
• Order-related correspondence
These records may be used to resolve disputes or defend against chargebacks.
ABUSIVE OR THREATENING MESSAGES
Fortune Supply enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:
• Harassment or disrespect
• Threats or aggressive behavior
• Chargeback threats
• Spam messaging
• Attempting to bypass policies
We reserve the right to block communication, restrict future service, remove product access, and report abusive behavior when necessary.
